As leaders in metal halide technology, we strive to provide the highest levels of support for our customers. By investing in a dedicated technical centre at our Castle Donington facility we have created a hub for our technical team, where they are constantly researching and further developing our lighting systems.

Jointly, our team has over 60 years experience in lighting technology and is on hand to work closely with customers to provide a good, accurate analysis of the running of our systems. Our calibrated apparatus includes dedicated ballast testing equipment that can accurately analyse individual ballasts output against a variety of different wattage lamps and has a facility for remote testing. Precise lumen output can also be monitored with the use of our photometer.

To assist customers even further, we have dedicated research areas that can simulate actual work environments to enable the testing of lamps and gear in-situ. Whatever the application, we can create a wide range of temperatures from -40°c to +140°c and provide written reports to demonstrate the performance of our products. We also offer customers a service to test their own luminaires against our lamps and gear to provide complete compatibility analysis.

Whilst there is still a temptation to purchase cheap ballasts, which are manufactured using poor quality materials, these cheaper products are normally the most expensive to run in the long term. With our technology and expertise we can prove our solutions are one of the most energy efficient options on the market and this is substantiated by our commitment to technical development.
